With the recent endorsement of the U.S. President and partnership with General Petraeus in Iraq, there are many more battalions waiting for support. You can donate to a specific battalion that you see here, or to the Troops Need You general fund that is used to support new battalions who request support. Either way, Troops Need You is run by volunteers so the money goes to the troops.
